Through his 30 years of experience with meditation and astrological studies, he noticed that the complete system of yoga which Pantanjali left behind has been compromised and fragmented. The very core of yoga is meditation which has been misinterpreted as being difficult. 21st Century yoga integrates a wonderful blend of postures, breathing techniques and a non-resistant form of meditation called AstroVedic Meditation.

He received his hath yoga certification from the Temple of Kriya yoga under the direction of Goswami Kriyananda in Chicago, Illinois in 2002.

He started meditating in 1978 and has participated in large group meditations of up to 2,000 people. He became a graduate of the Science of Creative Intelligence taught via video by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.

His interest in Western astrology led him to do professional readings in 1990 which he continues to do presently. He was the astrological writer for Wisdom Magazine for eight years and now has his monthly column on his website. He also has an interest in Vedic astrology and provides a wonderful blend of Western and Vedic when requested by his clients.

His ability to feel and see future outcomes started in 1985. He has an updated yearly prediction column on his website. He is the author of "The Future of Yoga" which is endorsed by Deepak Chopra one of his favorite teachers. He also wrote articles for Sacred Pathways, a yoga magazine that includes many of the top yoga professionals of our time.

He presently lives in Fairfield, Iowa and is participating in a group meditation with 2,000 people to help purify world consciousness. He continues to teach 21st Century yoga and do astrological readings. His CD "Heart of Charity" gives money to various humanitarian organizations to feed, cloth and provide medical care for children and adults.
