ASTROLOGICAL FORECAST FOR MARCH 2025

Before I start off with March, the new Moon in Pisces on February 27 packed a parade of planets in the sign of the fish. 

The new Moon in Pisces on February 27th at 9 degrees (7:45PM) is all about Pisces since the Sun, Moon, Saturn, Mercury, North Node and Neptune are all in Pisces. 

If you have the Sun, Moon, rising or planets in Pisces you are starting a deep journey towards the spiritual dimensions of life. 

This gives opportunities for deep meditation and listening to your internal dialogue as the messages received will be noticeably clear in whatever direction you want to take. 

What a great period from February 27th till the total full Moon eclipse in Virgo on March 14, 2025, for Pisces to experience higher states of consciousness.

The other mutable signs are Gemini, Virgo and Sagittarius, also affected by this new Moon energy. All four of these signs will be more sensitive to their environment with ability to tune into their intuitive gifts clearing the way for deep questions about how to move forward in their lives.

Pisces will be tested during this new Moon cycle ending on March 14th when it comes to addictive habits that they want to temper.

Pisces has a choice in this time period to let go of habits that sabotage their ability to connect with God or a higher source of energy that brings physical energy and self-confidence. 

When Pisces settles for addictive pleasures such as overeating, drinking of alcohol, drugs, gambling, or sexual pleasures, this could bring them to places inside themselves they would rather not visit anymore. 

Self-love is so important for Pisces. Therefore, the following affirmation said once before bed and once when you awake in the morning can help heal any victim complexes that Pisces is known for. 

“I LOVE YOU …… YOUR NAME…. I THINK YOU’RE REAL WONDERFUL, YOU’RE VERY SPECIAL AND YOU’RE WORTH ALL OF THE WONDERFUL THINGS THAT YOU CAN IMAGINE.”

This affirmation can be said by anyone who feels they need to create more self-confidence in their lives.

NOW LET’S TALK ABOUT MARCH: 

A very busy month with Venus stationing retrograde, Mercury moves into Aries, Ash Wednesday, Daylight Savings begins, a total full Moon Lunar eclipse in Virgo, Mercury stations retrograde, Saint Patrick’s Day, Sun in Aries (Spring Equinox), International Astrology Day, Venus moves into Pisces, a new Moon solar eclipse in Aries and Mercury entering Pisces in retrograde motion. 

March 1st starts off with the planet of Venus stationing retrograde at 10 degrees of Aries. Then Venus will retrograde back into Pisces March 27th and will station direct at 24 degrees of Pisces on April 13th. More on this in April.

What does this all mean for those who have Sun, Moon, rising or planets in Aries or Pisces?

Venus wants to soothe our lives with beauty and balance especially when it comes to our relationships. This can be a time when Aries and Pisces make choices about who they connect with and others they don’t connect with.

Aries can cause impatience and arguments in relationships from March 1st till March 27th. Use your discernment to make choices during March and April so by the middle of May, when Venus will be out of its retrograde shadow, you have done your inner homework to decide which relationships you want to maintain for your own health and wellbeing. 

Aries have courage so they are not afraid to move on from abusive relationships. The sign of Aries may be thinking over their financial situations and getting rid of any spending habits that are not helping them to get out of debt. 

Pisces on the other hand, during this Venus retrograde period, are allowing themselves to also evaluate who they want in their lives. Pisces is not as strong as Aries when it comes to avoiding abusive relationships, but this Venus retrograde period may offer answers to questions about relationships. 

Pisces can play the victim role so make sure you repeat the self-love affirmation I mentioned earlier in this column to appease the negative thought and feeling patterns that support being a victim of your circumstances. Act with courage.

Change spending habits and take a good look at your financial situation. Venus can attract more abundance for the sign of Aries and Pisces during this retrograde period through creative projects in music and the fine arts. 

Both Aries and Pisces will know by April 13th, when Venus stations direct, on who they want in their lives and attract better financial situations. Stop addictive spending habits. 

Mercury moves into Aries on March 3rd giving the sign of Aries more clarity but watch the argumentative side fueled by impatience till March 15th when Mercury turns retrograde in the sign of Aries. More on this later.

Keep in mind that political negotiations for peace in the world could be a train wreck with Venus retrograde and Mercury stationing retrograde in March along with eclipses of the Moon. Anything from peace to more war could happen with this combination.

It creates tensions in international relationships. President Trump is already an impatient man, and March is not a good month for lots of movement forward in international affairs. 

Ash Wednesday March 5th starts the beginning of lent. 

Daylight Savings on Sunday March 9th (2:00AM EST) has the clock springing forward an hour. More light is on the way. 

A total full Moon Lunar Eclipse on March 14th in Virgo at 23 degrees (02:55AM EDT) packs a powerful mutable punch.

The mutable signs of Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces are activated over the next six months by this total full Moon eclipse.

Virgo is the healer of the zodiac and enjoys clean environments but the T-squares going on to the rising sign of this Washington, D.C. chart shows chaos. Communication breakdown in national and international relationships is likely. 

President Trump and his administration, Elon Musk, must calm the aggressive transition down they have implemented up to this point. This is a time when people of U.S.A. want peace and order not chaos.

Pluto is Aquarius is waking up the collective consciousness of the world and we could see large protesting all over the world around the time of this total full Moon eclipse questioning leadership power. 

If you have Sun, Moon, rising or planets in Virgo from 15 to 30 degrees, you are thinking about adjusting how you communicate to your family and friends. High tech computer engineers will be very busy over the next six months with hackers from other countries.

A.I. becomes more popular to solve problems over the next six months. Robotics continue to grow. U.F.O. disclosure increases as more sightings appear in the skies. I think in July/August the government could release U.F.O. files that have been suppressed over the last 75 or more years. 

The sign of Virgo is about health, and we are seeing health issues all around the nation such as bird flu, measles, covid, and flu outbreaks. We will also see a disclosure of health issues created by forever chemicals that have ruined farmland across our country. 

Holistic healthcare practices such as yoga, mediation, massage therapy, high-quality vitamin/ mineral and herbal supplementation will gain in popularity as the public is losing confidence from the middle of March till middle of September of our healthcare system. 

People who have been forgotten by healthcare insurance companies will have a louder voice over the news station networks and social media. Hospitals are understaffed and many hospitals are filing for bankruptcy from March 14 till middle of September 2025.

If you have Pisces or Virgo energies running in your birth chart or in your transits, you can focus on improving your health by changing diet, stress management and connecting with mother nature. 

The day after the total full Moon eclipse, Mercury stations retrograde at nine degrees of Aries and enters Pisces on March 29th when we have a new Moon solar eclipse in Aries. 

As you can see from this column, Aries and Pisces are getting a heavy dose of internal conversations that they haven’t had in a long time. 

Aries need to slow down, and Pisces need to speed up. The combinations of these two signs reap the benefit of feeling life on a more subjective level, Venus, and Mercury in retrograde motion.

Mercury will station direct on April 7th while Venus will station direct on April 13th. You can run but you cannot hide. 

Saint Patrick’s Day on March 17th. Happy Saint Patrick’s Day and blessings to my wife who passed away from breast cancer 16 years ago on Saint Patrick’s Day to be with her Irish mother and Grandmother. 

Sun enters Aries on March 20th (5:01AM EDT). Happy birthday to those born under the sign of Aries. 

This is also the start of the Spring Equinox. Having seen many robins outside my apartment in January and February, we should see an early spring. 

International Astrology Day is also celebrated on March 20th. 

Venus enters Pisces on March 27th in its dignity giving those with Sun, Moon, rising and planets in Pisces opportunities to attract more money in their lives through creative works of art and music and attract new romance if you are single. 

Venus will stay in Pisces till April 30th.

Because Venus is retrograde, deep poetry and song writing can be written and a sense of artistic beauty expressed through the fine arts. We can paint a new life within the deepest parts of our hearts and souls. 

Especially for Pisces. The two fishes are starting a new life from the inside out. The signs of Gemini, Virgo and Sagittarius also feel a new spiritual awakening from the inside out. 

Venus in Pisces could continue the conversation about receiving a stimulus check of $5,000 from the government as an extra bonus around tax time. 

A new Moon solar eclipse on March 29th in Aries at 9 degrees (6:58AM) also has Mercury moving into Pisces in deep retrograde motion.

Again, we see the dynamic energies flowing between the signs of Aries, Pisces, and Virgo in the month of March. 

New Moon’s create new directions. A new birth is happening for those with Sun, Moon, rising and planets in Aries. Especially when it’s a new Moon solar eclipse. 

Maybe you want to change your job, relationships, financial direction, or travel to a new destination you have never been before for the sign of Aries. 

Pisces is getting more serious over the next six months about manifesting their dreams here on Earth as the stellium, more than three planets close to each other, is continuing to magnify Pisces energy. 

Saturn, North Node, Venus, and Mercury in deep retrograde motion, gives spirituality focus especially with all this activity in the 12th house when using Washington, D.C. area. 

Psychics are receiving downloads of information from higher dimensions over the next six months and anyone taking the time to sit quietly with themselves. 

However, deception can come from this combination of leaders in politics and religion. That’s nothing new. 

Aries can be aggressive when it comes to weather patterns. Water is the dominant element in both the full and new Moon eclipses. 

Pisces is the signature for the total full Moon eclipse and Cancer for the new Moon solar eclipse charts.

This could indicate issues with water so we could see more hurricane activity than normal in the upcoming hurricane season.

Earthquakes may be an issue over the next six months in various areas around the world and in America. 

Even thou there is so much retrograde activity and heightened eclipse energy this month, it offers a close look from within rather than always seeking answers outside of ourselves. 

Take advantage of your inner calling over the next six months. 

Mars has started to move forward as of February 23rd, the day I am writing up this column, so by the time March starts, even thou we have Venus stationing retrograde, most signs are ready to move forward with more confidence, Mars, and physical strength.
