ASTROLOGICAL FORECAST For december 2025
November was filled with tensions as I had predicted. The longest federal government shutdown in history.
Saturn was in deep retrograde motion in the sign of Pisces and Mercury was in deep retrograded motion that started off in the sign of Sagittarius and stationed direct on November 29th in the sign of Scorpio.
If you have Sun, Moon, rising or planets in Scorpio, Sagittarius or Pisces, your life may have felt put on hold and taking more time to plan things for the future rather than moving forward in the present.
December offers all these signs, and I will get into other signs as well, an opportunity to feel like life is starting to move forward by December 16th when Mercury will be out of its retrograde shadow at six degrees of Sagittarius.
Sagittarius is getting most of the attentions this month and this is an optimistic sign. A great sense of humor and they love to travel if their income allows it.
The full Supermoon in Gemini, the opposite sign of Sagittarius, will be at 13 degrees on December 4th (6:14PM EST).
This full Supermoon is creating a T-square of tensions with the other mutable signs, Pisces and Sagittarius. The other mutable sign, which is Virgo is filling in the T-square.
If you have your Sun, Moon, rising or planets in Gemini, Sagittarius, or Pisces, you’re communicating to others your true feelings that you may have withheld for a while.
Both Gemini and Sagittarius tend to say what’s on their mind without thinking of the consequences latter on. Be careful what you say or at least try to say it in a way where it will be received to get the results that are healthy and not offensive.
The sign of Virgo can help Gemini, Sagittarius, and Pisces, so seek out your Virgo friends or family members for advice on any issues that you need to express.
The news media continues to be busy with this combination. Issues both domestically (Gemini) and internationally (Sagittarius) will continue to be tense till the new Moon on December 19th.
The deadline for the release of the Epstein files is December 19th, and President Trump is born under the sign of Gemini with his Moon in Sagittarius.
From December 4th, the day of the full Moon, till December 19, the day of the new Moon, tensions with the media continues for him as the Epstein files are released, at least some of them.
Healthcare continues to get attentions this month as Luigi Mangione is called back to court on December 1st. Maybe the Republican administration can come up with healthcare ideas and stop complaining about Obamacare.
The good news in this full Moon chart is a Grand Water Trine, so the water signs, Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces will feel a sense of calm a couple of days before, during and a couple of days after the full Moon.
The Grand Water Trine offsets some of the stress for Pisces that the T-square is creating.
Neptune will station direct on December 10th in the sign of Pisces and will re-enter the sign of Aries on February 14th, Valentine’s Day.
Neptune has been retrograde since July 4th, 2025, so if you have your Sun, Moon, rising or planets in Pisces, especially from 24 to 29 degrees, you can move forward with those dreams you had on your mind or in your heart since July 4th.
Pisces are ready to manifest a new life by Valentine’s Day. February and March of 2026 can be transformational both spiritually and in their material world of abundance.
The fish can look forward to better days as the last two and half years, when Saturn was moving through this sensitive sign, was holding them back and challenging the fish to swim more downstream by letting go of old worn-out habits that keep them from progressing.
Mercury will move into Sagittarius on December 11th. Venus moved to Sagittarius on the last day of November and Mars will remain in Sagittarius till December 15th.
If you have Sun, Moon, rising or planets in Sagittarius, you are shooting for the stars for the whole month of December as the new Moon on December 19 is in Sagittarius.
Sagittarius wants more freedom so if your involved with someone who has Sagittarius energies in their birth chart, they may be hard to pin down this month.
Give them the room they need and if they are going on a long-distance journey you may want to travel with them.
Sagittarius will have more strength to move beyond any stressful situations such as the T-square Sagittarius is involved with when the Moon was full on December 4th. They can advance in their vocational directions.
If single, Sagittarius could fall in love with two or more people this month and settle down on the full Supermoon, January 3, 2026. This is a wonderful time to ask for a raise at work.
Mars moves into Capricorn on December 15th till January 23rd, 2026. If you have your Sun, Moon, rising or planets in Capricorn you are ready to work hard and get any job done that you’ve been working on over the last six months.
Mars in Capricorn enjoys working hard and has the physical energy to do it. The only downfall is they may get into their work so much they forget about their time spent with loved ones and friends. Try to find balance so you don’t distance yourself from others, especially those closest to you.
The new Moon on December 19th is in the sign of Sagittarius at 28 degrees. Sagittarius is wrapping up projects they have been working on in 2025 and starting (New Moon) to plan for 2026 with great optimism.
With Mercury, Venus, Moon, and Sun all in Sagittarius, the sky is the limit.
They may be thinking of earning a master’s or PhD. Learning a new language or starting to do business with foreigners in other countries than where they currently live.
The immigration policies are very intense in December and by this new Moon new guidelines will be fulfilled with many immigrants feeling so stressed about living in America especially if they are not documented.
Congress may take up the issues surrounding immigration to become more organized about it and less aggressive in its expression because they sat on this issue over the last 40 years.
The Sun moves into Capricorn on December 21st at 1:03AM EST and we have the Winter Solstice. The shortest day of the year. The good news is more light will increase each day after December 21st.
Happy Birthday to all born under the sign of Capricorn.
Venus moves into the sign of Capricorn on Christmas Eve, December 24th and helps families organize (Capricorn) all the details of a family gathering. Venus in Capricorn is not the most joyous expression, but it is practical and organized.
Having Mars, Sun and Venus in Capricorn can allow the sign of Capricorn to move forward with a clear vision. Capricorn is feeling happy throughout this holiday season.

Merry Christmas on December 25th as we remember the light of Jesus Christ even thou he was not born as a Capricorn. March 1st would be more in alignment with his mission.
