After spending the past 15 years studying and applying the most effective and cutting-edge techniques for healing and transformation, I have found my life's calling to support and educate others in doing the same.

Throughout this process I found that strengthening my spiritual and intuitive connection to be a major part of my own healing journey and has served as a guiding light.

My own life has been a testimony that finding peace after trauma and loss, restoring health and healing, reconnecting to authentic joy and vitality in your life is not only possible- but essential for our well-being and the well-being of others. 

My ability to teach this work continues to be a blessing and an honor.  I have been witness to the transformation of countless individuals that have embraced these life changing principles to align to the most powerful and brightest versions of themselves.

Specialized Background

I am a Master level certified Health and Life Coach, Registered Nurse, Licensed Massage Therapist, Reflexologist and Reiki Master with extensive training in nutrition, energy medicine, and multiple forms of yoga. I have worked for years as a weight loss coach and a transformational life coach in many different medical settings (Allopathic, Integrative, and Bio-Regulatory Medical settings.) With backgrounds in medicine, psychology, spirituality, coaching, bodywork and energy medicine- I have found an avenue to combine all my talents in a way that can launch clients to the next level.

I have a real passion for increasing energy, confidence and finding your personal power.
